Should I call Samsung? So upset!! Ready to get this footage uploaded and can't. I cannot find my product key as it asks for it when installing the Gear Action Director. Bought my camera, and threw out the papers that came with the camera because it was in another language. I was transferred 8 times and no one currently offers support it seems. They have no support system for the Gear yet. Yet they have the english version of the Director and Samsung App available. When I spoke with Samsung Support, they didn't like that I bought it through Amazon and since the country or origin was South Korea and I'm in the States and it isn't available in the States, they said it won't work. I have a product key and although very hard to read, it tells me it is invalid.
